Attorney Zhen (Jackie) Huang is the founder of Huang & Associates P.C. Ms. Huang focuses her practice in real estate law and business law. For over 10 years she has represented the neighborhoods of Sunset Park, Dyker Heights, and Bensonhurst in Brooklyn, and Staten Island, building a solid clientele and trust within the community.
Ms. Huang negotiates and manages business transactions for real estate developers, homebuyers, lending institutions, small businesses, and real estate investors.
Ms. Huang has appeared frequently in the longest-standing Hong Kong newspaper, Sing Tao Daily and is frequently a guest speaker on the television show, “Living in NY.” Ms. Huang serves as a director for several non-profit organizations and hosts a monthly column for several local real estate magazines providing educational information to the first-time homebuyers. She was a speaker at SIBOR (Staten Island Board of Realtors)’s 9th annual real estate symposium.
Ms. Huang was a dean’s list recipient at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and graduated from Cardozo School of Law in September 2004.
